I just committed the first version of Get Satisfaction module to Drupal CVS. It provides the ability to add the Get Satisfaction widgets to your Drupal sites.
Configuration is one easy input: your company code name. After that you get the infamous “Feedback” tab on your site (you can choose which pages display it or which ones don’t). You also get an input filter to add a feedback page anywhere in a content of your site.

{{350228749}} I always thought that every Drupal module needs a problem to solve. And problems usually do not arise when you are walking out in the streets. There are two ways to find problems to solve.
The first is using Drupal a lot and extensively. This way you will start noticing common pitfalls or annoying tasks that could be addressed by a module. Anyway, it gets a bit of time to train the eye and have enough experience to spot and address these common patterns.
The second one is way easier: get someone create problems for you. Meet the magic word: “clients”.

And this is “my first commit”:http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=77788.
So little is enough to make me happy sometimes :)

I spent a great of yesterday morning re-organizing the directory structure on my webhost, where this site along with my client’s ones are stored.

I am happy to announce I am writing this post on Drupal5.
I have took the time to change theme (even if, as always in such situations, I feel like to give a strong rebranding to the whole flevour.net as a concept, more on this some future day) and install a few modules for my writing pleasure.
Most importantly:

I’ll start the upgrade process for this blog in a few minutes. I have been shamefully running Drupal 4.7.3, neglecting to upgrade it for almost one year (4.7.3 was released on Aug 2006).
I’ll first upgrade to 4.7.7, have a break and then go up to 5.2. We’ll see how it goes.
I know you spend half of your daytime surfing this site, so don’t fear if you see something broken in the next few hours!
